His strategic acumen and hands-on approach have consistently delivered outstanding results in business restructuring and turnaround. Ian's expertise includes strategy refresh, operating model redesign and rightsizing, ensuring organisations are streamlined for optimal performance.

He has successfully redesigned operating models, implemented industry-leading sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman and provided executive leadership for large, complex deals.
